“When I first began the search for a nanny I was very reluctant to use an agency because the service is a bit costly and I didn’t see any reason why I couldn't’t find
a suitable nanny myself. I placed a couple of listings and quickly received many responses from people interested in the position. I found the whole process of
screening these complete strangers extremely time consuming and my husband was very uneasy with all the interviews I was conducting in our home. The
