Mommies Helping Mommies Nannies and Domestics creates a specialized, personal recruitment plan for each placement. Whether you
are seeking a full time nanny, personal chef, or pet-sitter one of our experienced placement specialists will assist you to find your family's

For a long term position (5 hours a week or more with the same nanny/domestic), there is a $200 registration fee is due to receive our
registration pack for long term and summer placements. This amount is then applied to the final placement fee.
For use of our temporary services (any need less than 5 hours per week or you are using our services on an as-needed, or temp basis)
we offer three different categories you may choose from to best fit your needs. Daily placement fees for temporary services are due when
requesting service. Also,the first three daily placements are complimentary!

Once you have spoken with one of our recruitment specialists, please complete our registration pack and send it back to us via e-mail,
fax, or mail.
After a detailed study of your family application and an in home meeting with one of our associates (if requested), we will begin the search
for your family's perfect match. Mommies Helping Mommies follows an extremely detailed process designed to match your needs and
enables our specialists to pinpoint a match on many levels only known to experienced recruiters. We will refer 1-3 candidates who have
been extensively screened for your needs. You will receive detailed profiles on each person listing their education, work history, what
they have to offer the family they will work for and details of their personality. This enables you to gain a greater insight to who they are
and how they would benefit your family. We will walk you through everything from conducting interviews to creating a payroll for your
employee and assist you will filing come tax time. Many people think taking care of taxes for their employee is hard and complicated, but it
is actually quite easy when you have someone assisting you with all you need to know! You can also receive many tax breaks for the
agency fee and your employee's salary!
After you have had some time to read over the profiles, we will schedule an interview so you are able to meet with the candidates we have
chosen face to face and make the final decision on who you wish to work with. We will set up all the details of the interview for you,
making the whole process easy and relaxing! The interview is a time for you to discuss the details of the position in greater detail.

Many of our nannies have received top honors for the INA and have been working as professional nannies for the last 10+ years. All of
our other referrals have at least three years experience working in their chosen field and are passionate about what they do. All referrals
have completed an extensive background check prior to their meeting with you. We certify all placed nannies in CPR, First Aid and
continually send them for additional training throughout their employment with your family.
Our specialists are here to assist you not only during your search, but at any point along your employment with your nanny or domestic
